Within the next several days you will begin receiving ballots and voting instructions regarding the 1113 LBO. I have attached copies of the instructional handout you will be receiving. Please note that each of you will be receiving your Individualized Activation Code. If you do not receive a ballot within the next few days please contact the ATD help desk at 817-282-2544.

Brothers and Sisters,
Attached is the Company's M&R Final Best Offer, the 4-26-12 Term Sheet and the March 22, 2012 Term Sheet along with the final side by side summary. Also the Stores Final Best Offer, the 4-26-12 Term Sheet and the March 22, 2012 Term Sheet along with the final side by side summary.
The voting timeline and all information should be available soon. They will begin mailing out the ballots the morning of May 4th. All members will have received a ballot by the opening of the polls at 12:01 AM CT May 10th, polls close at 11:59PM CT May 14th.
The local 561 Executive board will set up an information meeting at the local 561 hall in the near future also we will have a meeting set up for our TPA members, TBA. I will post the meetings as soon as possible and when we have all the final information to give.
